I believe I can only be happy when I lose 10 kilos or so. Actually, 7 would be great. How can I do that? I've never been good with dieting and I sure as hell can't do any sports.
That's like, I would like to be a lawyer, but laws have never been my strong side and I sure as hell won't study for it.
I'd suggest to start drinking water instead of soda, and skip dessert from now on. And yeah, just take the stairs once in a while.
Little things, start by running to the toilet when you need to go, maximise the distance you walk to get to the fridge. This will be a start, and hopefully motivate you to do a bit more exercise. Good luck :)
