Whenever I speak to anyone about my problems they get annoyed at me and tell me "to stop being negative" because I'm "bringing them down". I don't speak about my feelings often so for once I would just like a friend who I can talk to without them making me feel guilty.

  • First, the people you are talking to are self centered. Talk to better people. Just a warning though, some people love to hear your problems for selfish reasons. It makes them feel better. Do not feed these kind of people.

  • I feel the same way I tried talking it with my friends but they change the topic everytime .I tried talking to my mom but she thinks it just a phase I'm going through
