I'm depressed and I have anxiety I tried talking to my friends but they change the topic every time.I just need someone to talk to who is going through the same thing as I am.
I think the best person to talk to about how you're feeling should be someone who is not going through the same thing. Find someone who is positive and can help you out of your sadness and depression. The reason I suggest this is because there maybe a possibility that talking to someone who is also depressed may instead drive both of you towards an unfortunate conclusion
I feel exactly the same. When I talk to my friends they tell me to stop being so negative or depressing. When ever I tell them I'm anxious about anything they tell me to just breathe then talk about their own problems.
