I'm having sleep problems. I can't go to bed when I need to and end up staying up well into the night or forgoing sleep until the night after. What should I do that doesn't require medication?

  • Try natural things like chamomile or lavender. You can get teas or even perfumes that are designed to calm you down and make you sleepy. Also, you could try drinking warm milk with some vanilla and cinnamon and sugar mixed in. It isn't technically medicine, so I'll recommend it: There are these gummy things called GoodNites that are lemon ginger flavored and they have melatonin in them. You eat one and they help you sleep. It's not something you get addicted to, you just take one every so often when you can't sleep. If the problem persists, you should see a doctor and discuss some other options.
