I have been depressed for a while. When you are depressed you feel like your body weights a thousand pounds. Like it is almost impossible to get something done. I forced myself to go walking to the beauty parlor and I got my hair done. This gave me a little confidence boost. Conclusion: If you feel depressed make yourself do something that needs to be done or is good for you or for someone else. You will feel much better. This post is for anyone out there struggling with depression and a reminder for myself to read when things get hard.
