I need advice I recently started cutting again and I really want to stop does anybody have advice for me ? I need help
Write down the things that your are grateful for in your life with great detail. Then read them out, feel the words and the gratitude for them. Repeat positive phrases in your head like "I am beautiful", "I love and respect my perfect body" and "I am so happy". Your experience will change to reflect the positive energy and gratitude that pours out of you. You are the center of your universe, it will always work in your favour. Take a marker and draw whatever you wish-flowers, butterflies.. things that make you smile. Wish you only health and blessings. May your bad experience end the soonest possible :) And remember, you are loved and important!
