What do you guys usually do to comfort yourselves when you feel sad? I usually draw or listen to music but it hasn't been cheering me up lately.
for me tho, I would read a lot of hateful things on the Internet and get heated up over whatever topic I'm reading about. and then for the whole day I'll be thinking about those certain topics instead. I feel like anger is the fastest way to drown out any other emotions. BUT THAT'S JUST ME. some may say it's unhealthy to do it, but it's been really effective for me so far because after the angry feeling you'll just be very tired and sleep everything away.
I go to my friends for comfort, or I sit alone and listen to depressing music
