I'm so stressed out with work and school that sometimes I break down and cry. my friends don't notice that I'm hanging on by a thread and I'm actually kind of considering self harm again even though I've been clean for so long. the don't notice I'm breaking inside. I'm just too good at putting on a mask I guess.

  • can you find any way to relieve that stress? really talk to a trusted friend about it, quit your job, take less classes, find a new hobby to take your mind off things? you can only cut when you have a free moment to so try to keep busy - even if it's with sleep or something you enjoy. good luck
