I hate when kids are taught that every adult they see is perfect. Most kids turn bad under the influence of the adults. Kids see almost every adult as a God. Kids aren't taught of who to listen. I always tell my kids that people aren't good as they look when they grow up and you should prepare for the worst to happen and should avoid it at the best you could. This single piece of advice from me has helped me bring them up into two non-rebellious kids. They understand me and my family more. They respect us. I wanted them to know the truth at a very small age. I'm talking about 5 YO twins here. Now they are in their 9th grades. They are doing great in their friend's circle, respects every adult and they know what and when to speak up. In fact they are more brave in their age than I was. I was more of an introvert kid who always used to be abused by my parents, got bullied on, etc shit and cried in a corner all alone wishing for death to come. I swear I love my kids more than anything.
