Pizza can be really healthy. It has dairy in it, meat (dont overdo it), no pizza is complete without mushrooms and onions in my opinion which fill the vegetable part, carbohydrates from the crust, and apices. A well made fresh pizza can be nutritional.

  • Ha I wish I could rationalize like that but the fat is bad (maybe dairy) and I hate most vegetables so mushroom on a pizza ): too bad cuz it's my favorite food but nothing is healthy for me. The tomato would be good cuz it's a fruit but not supposed to have that either
