I need to lose 50 lbs. I have fibromyalgia and have difficulty moving. I have discovered that yoga can make me strong, balanced, and slimmer. I'm getting frustrated because I haven't progressed like everyone else in my yoga class, because of my stupid disability. I hate hurting. I hate injuring myself because I push myself too hard because I don't want to be left behind. It's a catch 22 that's driving me crazy.
