Often before I go to sleep - I suddenly get VERY motivated to change my life in various ways. I then get very excited and plan to make everything better the minute I wake up in the morning. But when I finally wake up in the morning, my motivation is totally gone - and I go on like everyday. But in the evening - the motivation hits me again. And in the morning - it is gone again. Any ideas? (Writing it down doesn't help - the feeling is just gone in the morning)
