I have to pretend to be happy all the time, because if I'm not then I'll be forced to see a psychologist and im so tired of seeing psychologists.....
Psychologists can't even prescribe drugs. Why on earth would anyone pay them to 'force' you to go. It's not like they tie you down and make you talk
I know the feeling of not being happy and I know that sometimes we're just not able or we don't want to talk about it with no one else. But start sharing your feelings with your friends and you'll see they'll help you and even if they don't know any good advice, at least they'll give you a supporting shoulder. You're never alone :) And if you don't really feel like talking, try being proactive. Do things you like or search for new hobbies :)
