We do. Go exercise. You can walk, run, swim, push up, join sports. Anything. It helps, at least until you can deal with whatever made you feel that way in the first place.
I'm sorry you're feeling that way. maybe try to engage in new stuff like a gym class or generally something else you enjoy like a drawing class? if you've tried to meet new people and engage with them and it doesn't seem to work then maybe you should seek professional help. it's okay to ask for help! you'll be glad you did once you get better, just don't give up and don't let your negative thoughts outweigh the good! keep fighting!!!
