I've been diagnosed with manic depression, bipolar disorder type 2 and emotionally unstable borderline personality disorder. I'm on 4 different types of medication and I'm filled with so much hate for everything. I need a release that's not banging my head against the wall or slicing myself everyday.

  • It sounds lame, but try to practice self talk. It helps, when your having an emotion try to figure out why like what is the cause of it and perhaps that way you can talk yourself down and out of a crappy situation.

  • Have you considered practicing martial arts? I found it to be a great stress relief, and it helped me deal with my anger.
