I've been depressed for an entire week. Usually it doesn't last this long. It's starting to worry me. The more depressed I get, the more I lose motivation, the worse it do, and the more I disappoint myself. And the more I let myself down, the more depressed I get. It's a vicious cycle. I don't want it to ruin my life...
