One time I was troubleshooting with an elderly man. Just a little frustrating because he was hard of hearing, I'm used to it. Then his daughter got on the phone to "help". She was so rude to him. Yelling at him for trying to help, cussing, telling him she's not going to come back and help again. As far as I could hear, all of the yelling and disrespecting was from her. Just impatient and pissed off she had already been there for a few hours. I sincerely wish I could've told her off for being so mean to him. An issue that normally takes maybe 10 minutes to fix took much longer because she kept screaming and going off on him instead of just following my directions. If she would've calmed her tits she could've fixed it and gone home a lot faster. I don't mind working with elderly or hard of hearing people. But I hate working with rude people. If you're going to scream and cuss at your elderly father for accidentally messing up the tv (probably pushed a wrong button and got it on the wrong input), then I lost respect for you. That kind of thing happens all the time with all ages. It's seriously not a big deal. If it was broken with pressing a wrong button then it can be fixed with the right buttons.
