Slowly ween yourself off antidepressants. The pharmaceutical companies designed them to re-route your synaptic receptors. This means you are not the same person you were. To abruptly stop taking these potent medications can cause you to act impulsively while your brain is in transition. This is one reason why you see a spike in shootings.
