My perfectionism keeps me from doing things I'm not instantly good at. Which is basically everything since you're not just born as a good writer, artist, mathematician, etc. You have to practice to become a pro. I can't practice because my mind tells me that all I do is crap and I should stop doing it. Ironically, this makes me live a life of low mediocrity; I am not good at anything.

  • I'm the same way, but I force myself to keep drawing because I honestly enjoy it and sometimes (very rarely) I enjoy the things I make. And other people enjoy the things I make. And I enjoy making other people happy.
