  • do sports it makes you feel confident when you can do stuff with your body. when i was depressed i would do parkour all the time cuz it made me so happy to do all those things. a feeling of freedom

  • Sometimes recognizing depression is the first step to get better. that or you become a total existential nihilist. try to see yourself from the third person. who are you. what would you tell a person who is exactly like you?
