My skin has gotten much healthier since I sit in direct sunlight for a while every day. I know that sunlight can give you wrinkles and skin cancer though. I don't know if I should rather care for health and youth or for a good looking skin now...

  • Sunlight is much less harmful if you get enough vitamin D, which most people lack in their diets.

  • Your skin actually needs sun. Sunlight has a mentally positive effect on you too. You'll get wrinkles no matter what, and pretty much everything causes cancer. You're not going to hurt yourself getting a bit of sun every day. Be sure to use sunblock if you're in it for a long time, though. It helps keep the harmful UV rays from getting to your skin.
