I was never able to talk to anyone about my depression or in general when I'm feeling bad. A little while ago, I managed to tell my boyfriend, and I was so delighted to finally be able to tell someone - that's the first step towards getting better, isn't it? Now I tell him every time I'm having a bad day and tell him what worries me. And, well... I can feel how he's got enough of it.

  • It can be hard to watch someone you love go through that sort of pain. I agree with the other commenter that you should seem professional help. Your boyfriend might just be overwhelmed and not know what to do.
