Whenever I have something coming up that I'm anxious about, I am very restless and nervous even weeks before. All the time. Even when I'm not thinking about it. I have such an event planned next week, and I am currently in such a misery that I only want to sleep all the time to avoid the panic and nausea I am feeling. Sleep, or die. At this point I don't even care anymore.
